The Philadelphia Phillies rebounded last night to beat the Cubs 4-1 in game 2 of a 3 game series. Ryan Howard had a good game going 1-3 with 1 run and 2 walks. He also scored a run all the way from first base on a Dellucci’s double.
Howard and the Phillies will face Les Walrond, an inexperienced pitcher with a 7.59 ERA. Look for Howard to exploit Walrond’s weaknesses and go deep tonight. Even two home runs is not out of the realm of possibility.
